Microaggressions, mentoring, and connectedness: Doctoral students’ experiences in counselor education

This descriptive, correlational research study examined the prevalence of racial microaggressions among doctoral students color in counselor education, and relationships between experiences microaggressions, relational mentoring, social connectedness. Implications future directions are provided based on results.
